This is a reminder that our delegate’s series of six online meetings to review Conference agenda items and background material begins today, March 2. These sessions are an opportunity for members of your districts to listen to information that will be presented by our area committee chairs and other trusted servants. Following each presentation, members will be allowed to ask questions.

The presentations will be recorded and posted on the Area 15 website. Discussion will not be recorded. We have made an effort to make the presentations shorter to leave more time for discussion.
Four of the six items that have been moved from the Literature Committee to other Conference committees for a more even distribution of workload will be covered on Saturday, March 2:
- Consider a request to develop a pamphlet on the unhoused alcoholic in A.A. (Item E on the Cooperation with the Professional Community agenda)
- Consider a request to develop a pamphlet on the transgender alcoholic in A.A. (Item D on the Corrections agenda)
- Review a progress report reflecting shared experience from the Fellowship on future changes to literature written by A.A.’s founders. (Item C on the Finance agenda)
- Consider a request to develop a pamphlet on the Asian-American alcoholic in A.A. (Item E on the Grapevine/LaVina agenda)
