LET’S RING IN 2024

NEW YEARS EVE

Chef Paul has come up with a great menu of chicken (either roasted or with a piccata sauce or similar) and pasta primavera (vegetarian). Groups and individuals to bring desserts.

The cost is $12.50 per ticket. We are keeping prices way low, but things will be simple. Not sure how many tickets we can sell quite yet. Todd is working on tables to determine how many we can sit for dinner. We may be able to sit an amount for dinner and then open back rows for people at 7:30 to come in for a speaker meeting. Just a thought if we sell out….

Needs:

• • Greeters to check people in;
  • Decorations (we will be using a lot of what was at Central Office 
    and colors will be red, white, black and silver.
  • Raffle and 7th Tradition help,
  • Ticket Sales,
  • Set-up and Clean-up.
  • Gage is on coffee.

Ron L. did an AWESOME job on preparing a Save the Date flyer and I know Lisa C. said she could possibly help with main flyer but if someone wants to come up with one, I’m sure she would appreciate any help. 

NEXT MEETING: WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 29TH AT 6 P.M. AT CENTRAL OFFICE. COME OUT AND LET’S MAKE IT A GREAT EVENT.

Time will go quickly with the holidays, but we can get this put together in a flash with help!

IF YOU WANT A DANCE, WE NEED HELP TO PUT IT TOGETHER. WE HAVE A GREAT GROUP OF VOLUNTEERS BUT MORE ARE NEEDED.
