And weren’t Lou S. and Tommy N. outstanding in cooking the hamburgers and the hot dogs.
Plus, our hats are off to Sally S. who took responsibility for getting our speaker, Billy N. She did a fantastic job. And to all the other workers, like Brian S. and Brian H., who hauled tables and ice, set up and broke down the tables, and so much more.
Wasn’t it wonderful to see so many young people? Thank you Matt D. and the Sun Coast Service Group for publicizing this event so well.
And lastly to the 125+ members and family who showed up. Thank you for the delicious foods you brought. No one went away hungry. But most of all thank you for your support to A.A. and for reminding us all “we are not a glum lot!” We still know how to have a good time with the best of them!
