THE FINAL GENERAL SERVICE CONFERENCE AGENDA IS HERE !!
It’s the most important time when we get to weigh in on important items of AA business. It is our right AND our responsibility to participate in keeping A.A. vibrant and in preserving A.A.’s future. What do we do?
- REVIEW THE FINAL CONFERENCE AGENDA ITEMS
See any items that might look like “hot topics” to you?? What looks interesting or important?
Discuss this with your Home Group or in any meeting you may attend.
- HELP CREATE OUR DISTRICT 4 “TOP TEN” LIST – send your items them to LeslieKarl55@gmail.com AND, IF YOU CAN, PLEASE bring them to the March 1 zoom, 11 a.m. Let’s hear what everyone thinks is important!

These will be sent along to our Delegate. She will inform each of the Area 15 Committees who cover these items so they may help us to understand each one at the Area zooms (see below).

LOOK FOR THE BACKGROUND that will come out very soon. There you will find helpful background information on each topic you find interesting or important.
If you can, attend the Area 15 zooms during the week of March 10. See the list of Area 15 zooms / login info on the attached “GSC75 Preparation – Let Your Voice Be Heard OR go to area15aa.org, click on hot link “Delegates Corner”).
Attend our next General Service meeting on Saturday, March 15 where we will cover interesting and important Final Agenda Items.
- INFORMED GROUP CONSCIENCE (“The A.A. Group … where it all begins” pamphlet # P 16, (page 28)
Between March 15 and April 4-6 (our Area Assembly) discuss with your Home Groups, reach an Informed Group Conscience so that our Delegate can, at the Area Assembly, hear your Home Group’s voice and take it with her to the General Service Conference (April 28 – May 3). Prepare your Home Groups NOW for the need to schedule this important time.
If your Home Group does not have a GSR, do inform the DCM for your subdistrict, who can carry your Informed Group Conscience to our Delegate. Consider having a GSR going forward!
